Slow Carb Crazy
I started Slow Carb on 1/1 with my husband, and so far so good ... but we have spent the past hour talking about how badly we want Chicken McNuggets -- which we haven't had since starting the diet -- and I think we might end up doing it. Are we terrible people?

Of course you’re not terrible. You guys are doing a cheat day, right? Spend your next cheat day at McDonalds! And if you feel guilty, have a grilled chicken salad for dinner or something. Cravings are totally natural. I want cheese and crackers all the damn time.

Also, I want to congratulate you both for dieting together. That’s awesome!
