233.0 Didn’t really lose much this week. But, for the year, I have lost 46 pounds. Yesterday, I went out and bought pants with a waist of…. 36! I’ve gone from a 42 to a 36. That’s nuts. Today is my last cheat day of 2011, so I’m off to McDonalds. Thank you for reading this. Thanks for the reblogs and the replies and the likes and the facebook and twitter messages....

233.4 Finally, I know my weight. And it’s not bad at all! Can I drop down to 229 by the end of the week? Probably not, but I can get close. 240 days is a long time to be doing anything. I’m excited to see where I end up in 2012.

??  I’m heading back to New York today, so I’ll be able to weigh myself tomorrow. I’m curious to see what’s happened with two cheat days. I’ve been good otherwise. I didn’t get to lift at all, but I did split some logs with a sledgehammer and wedge on Friday. That certainly worked up a sweat.

??? I have no idea what I weigh right now. That’s an odd feeling for sure. My parents and I spend Christmas Eve with their friends and have a buffet style meal. ?? My Mom’s scale needs a new battery, so I don’t know what I weigh. I do know that it’s hard to stay on my diet surrounded by all the cookies and candies and all the treats my parents have for the holidays. I had one piece of chocolate last night. Man, that tasted good. I’m staying on diet today, and taking Sunday off.

232.6 That’s the right direction. I cheated yesterday. My friend Chris was in town with his fiance, and I said I’d go to eat where they wanted. I figured I could get something on my diet wherever…. they chose S’MAC. So I got macaroni and cheese…. and it was good.  I’m off to my parents’ house for Christmas right now. 233.2 I would like to weigh less than this. But I have to remind myself that this isn’t a race, and I was 279.8 pounds in May of this year. So 233.2 is pretty great.

232.8 Another gain. Not thrilled, but not bummed out. Just gotta work harder at the beginning of the week to make up for the second (Christmas Day) cheat day I’m taking on Sunday.

231.6 Am I surprised to gain after my very low cheat day? No. Also, I ate alot of food yesterday. Still, 231.6 is low! And I’m 231 on day 231, which is pretty cool.

229.0 How did this happen? I think part of the reason is that I didn’t drink alot of water yesterday, and I went for a long walk. I have to imagine at least SOME of the weight I lost was water weight. I would not be surprised to see that I gain 2 pounds tomorrow. No matter what, though, I hit my target before 2012. I will have some chinese food to celebrate. Cheat day!

233.0 I feel good about where I’m at. Next week, I’ll be taking Sunday off as well. I’ll be at home for 4 days, and do my best to stay on diet on Thursday and Friday. I might use my Mom’s guest pass at her gym. We shall see.

233.6 Weird, hard swings lately. Not sure what that’s about. Anyway, I’m feeling good today and while I know I’m probably not going to hit my goal of 229 by the end of the year, I’ve accomplished a lot since May 2nd.

234.8- Nice little drop. Excited about my progress this week. I have no idea how tomorrow is going to go because I’m getting up at 6:30 in the morning for a shoot that will be done by 10:30 (for me)…. and then I’ll come home and have my first meal of the day.  I’ll be honest: I’ll probably have a bagel tomorrow.

235.6 So, a gain. Not terrible. Not great. Tomorrow I’m back to my Saturday cheat day. I am excited for that! In other news, the jeans I bought a while back are kinda feeling loose. So, I might actually be a 36 instead of a 38. And that is awesome.

234.8 Tiny drop, but it’s below 235 so I am happy. I think I’m going to not join a gym and just continue to lift at home and do push ups for the time being. We’ll see how that goes. Right now it’s working for me and free.
