230.4 Alright, a gain, but not a big one. Overall I’m happy with this week. We’ll see how I do today.

230.6 A gain, but I was expecting it. I haven’t been putting my thoughts down on here lately, but I should. So…. my end goal is 209. I won’t be losing 21 pounds by May 2nd. But I’d like to get as close as possible to that.
Honestly, I’d like to lose as much as possible by April when I go away for a long weekend. I’ll basically be off my diet for 4 days....

232.6 Feeling good this week. No huge progress, per say…. but I haven’t been gaining either. I ran into some folks I hadn’t seen in a while, and they had some very nice things to say. I’m hoping to drop more weight soon, we shall see.

232.4 Ooo, losing weight! Also, I cheated last night. I had forgotten my dinner last night, and just had a “feelings” moment. Not going to get into it, but I was really down in the dumps. So I went and got a McChicken. It tasted good. I’m bummed about it, but these things happen.

233.2 Hooray! Off to good start this week. Hopefully I’ll be able to drop alot before I hit the weekend. So far it looks like I’ll be able to just do the one cheat day, which will be helpful.

233.8 I ate some junk yesterday while on set, but I did get a few diet-friendly meals in. Today is my official cheat day. I look forward to eating whatever. Also, it’s 6am right now.

232.8 A small gain. It’s 5:30 in the morning! I’m going to call today a half cheat day, because I should be wrapped with a shoot by 4pm so I can get two on diet meals in. I wish I could just make today my cheat day, but I’m going to be doing this same shoot tomorrow, for probably longer.

232.2 Yeah! That’s a nice drop! That’s gonna be real helpful, since I’m going to have to make tomorrow and Saturday cheat days. I’ll be a body double in some shoot, and at the mercy of their feeding times and food. And since it pays almost nothing, they will be paying me in snacks. It’s only fair.
In other news, I went walking yesterday, and I will again today....

233.6 NICE! Sometimes all it takes is switching things up, in this case that’s going for a walk again. So, I guess I’ll go for a walk today. And we’ll see what happens.

231.2 Cheat Day! Time for some McDonalds. And hey, 231.2 is the lowest I weighed in a while, since that weird point when I dropped down to 229.something for a day. 48 pounds lost. That’s a lot for 272 days. I “announced” on my regular tumblr yesterday that my next (and last) goal is to hit 210.

232.2 A nice little drop. I’m working tonight, which should keep me 100% on diet. So who knows, maybe I’ll hit 231 tomorrow. I’ve been in a real lull lately. Luckily, I’m not going away this weekend so I’ll be back on my diet on Sunday. These double cheat days have been annoying.

234.0 I am not surprised by this. I ate alot of terrible foods over the last 2 days. Being out of town and on other people’s schedule is terrible for this diet. And I should have exercised more self control. But I didn’t. So I need to focus up and drop some weight!

?? No scale here in Central PA. But that’s fine. I’m going to try and eat “right” today. A semi cheat day I guess. We’ll see how I do. I rarely travel, so it’s been odd to have back to back overnight trips and second cheat days.

232.4 A loss is a very nice way to start my weekend. Like last weekend, I’m doing two cheat days. I’m going to try and eat healthy when I can, but I’ll be traveling and eating at odd times. So we’ll see what happens.

233.4 Nice little drop. A few followers reached out to me yesterday and suggested I join a gym. I hear you, and I agree that’s something I probably need to do. I’m going to attempt to brave the cold tomorrow and go for a short run/walk. If I don’t freeze, I might try to do that more often.

234.2 Little change. I haven’rt been outside to exercise in a while. I’m still doing push ups and lifting weights. I gotta get back outside…. but it’s cold. And I’m getting a little lazy.

233.6 I have no idea how I lost weight. All I can think of is that while I cheated on my diet yesterday, I didn’t really eat that much food. I only had two meals, and I did have salad with one of those meals. Whatever the reason, I’ll take it.

234.8 Not bad. I managed to eat the right foods yesterday, just at weird times. Overall, I did okay this week. I didn’t lose any weight, but I didn’t gain any. I’m going to have to do something serious, or I’ll be stuck at this weight for a while. I’m making today is my cheat day, and I am excited.
